Super soft lux hair

Updated: Nov 19, 2021

I have been asked a hundred times if I am wearing a wig because my hair is so soft and satin looking that it can't be real. It totally is. Here are the two products I use to get my hair consistently soft and silky every time.

My hair profile:

I naturally have dark hair with grays. I bleach my hair often, about every six to seven weeks because it grows roughly an inch to two inches each month. Due to the bleaching, my hair is dry, straw dry. No matter what shampoo or conditioner I use, there isn't enough moisture on this planet to help my dry hair. The lack of moisture causes tangles and it's torture to brush through my hair. I wash every 3-4 days, shampoo twice and condition once. I use a sulfate, silicone, paraben free shampoo and conditioner. I wish I could say the brand matters but I could use bar soap and get the same effects with the two products below.

1. TRESemme Shine Serum, Keratin Smooth $13 from Amazon for a two pack

I apply this serum to my damp hair, 3-10 pumps. I use more pumps if my hair is more on the dry side because I waited too long to put the oil in or if I've bleached recently. I always start at the ends and work my way up. Since I don't wash daily, I avoid applying the serum to my scalp.

2. KERATHERAPY Keratin Infused Perfect Blowout, 4.2 fl. oz. $25 from Amazon

This bottle usually lasts me about 6-9 months. I concentrate spraying this every where but my scalp and comb through it, using a total of 4 sprays. I use this right before and right after using any heat. My hair is usually completely dry before use, however I have used it on wet hair and it works the same. This is something I also apply if a spritz or two in the morning before I comb through it if I got a few tangles from sleeping.

These two products have never failed me. My hair is always so silky smooth, shiny and feels amazing for days.

Disclosure: I purchased all these items with my own money and the company had no prior knowledge to this promotion. All opinions are my own.
